International competitive Bidding (ICB) Open Tender Notice

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Wolaita Sodo University invites internationally qualified Manufacture or Authorized suppliers to participate in Procurement Reference No ICB/WSU/01/20 in Design, Supply, Installation ,Commission and Training of Oxygen Plant for  Wolaita Sodo University Teaching  Referral Hospital)

Eligible Bidders who willing to participate in Bid should fulfill,

1. Bidders must submit business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment. Bidders participating in procurement of goods made by means of international competitive bidding have to produce manufacturers Letter of Authorization if a Public Body requires them to do so, unless they themselves are Design manufacturers supply and installer of such good.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible International bidders from Wolaita Sodo University Procurement Directorate office and Addis Ababa City Subordinate office  by crediting a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred  only) in Commercial Bank with Account no: 1000018182789 and should bring receipt to purchase Bid Document. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 200,000 (Two hundred Thousand). The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must be an irrevocable letter of credit (LC), or Bank Guarantee, or a Certified Payment Order (CPO) at the bidder’s option for both lots separately.
3. For Bidders[insert “shall be” or “shall not be”] required to submit their bid documents in Two Envelopes containing the Technical Documents-Original and Copy and Financial Documents-Original and Copy proposals separately.
4. The Floating date of Bid is on as Jun 3/2020G.C  Deadline for Submission of Bid will be on 10:00am in July 17/2020G.C and Bid will be opened on 10:30 in July17/2020G.C at presence of Manufacturer /suppliers or Authorized representative at Wolaita Sodo University Procurement Directorate office. No liability will be accepted for loss or late submission of Bid on the date.
